What a piece of perfection

It always amazes me just how beautiful each and every quilt is, whether a simply pieced or one with great difficulty, a needle turned applique quilt or a machine completed one.  It’s no wonder why quilting is a craft of the centuries.  Here are a couple of quilts I have finished for clients lately.  The first is a beautiful quilt appliqued by Joyce.  What an artist.  She so carefully stitches these intricate pieces that none of her stitches rare visible.  Way to go Joyce!

Cyndi does some great pieced quilts.  Don’t you love the colors!  Both of these just jump out, each in their own way.  The heart quilt is a gift to her 90+ mom.  She will be thrilled.
